Wellington, on a beautiful winter day. Her legs suddenly feel weak. She leaves the shop and sits in the street outside.
She leans against a wall and keeps her eyes slightly opened, watching people rush past. She hugs her backpack tight. Suddenly, a guy crouches, smiling. She turns her head and smiles back. He says: “Are you ok?” She says: “Yes, thanks”.

He looks right into her eyes. He looks like a boy. He looks like an angel.

He says: “Do you need help? I can show you places where you can stay. We help each other." She exclaims: “Oh no! I’m just a tourist.” He stands. “Are you sure?” She stands (hurriedly, sheepishly). “Yes, thanks! That was very nice of you!”

He smiles. He waves. She watches him leave, loosely holding her backpack and 500$ camera. She feels sad. She feels like she has just turned down an angel.
